The London Aortic Dissection Symposium 2024 — the event that laid the groundwork for this year's global gathering.
The 2024 symposium brought together emergency physicians, surgeons, radiologists, and patient advocates for a full day exploring the diagnosis, management and system-level response to aortic dissection. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with particular praise for the mix of clinical rigour and patient-centred storytelling.
That response is what convinced Dr Farhin Holia to expand the event into a global, free-to-attend symposium in 2026 — carrying the same spirit of collaboration to a worldwide audience.
